If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, or the products shipped are defective or not the ones you ordered, you may return the items for a full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery (NO EXCEPTIONS).
The returned package will be reviewed by Quality Team. Any item that shows sign of wear or has been altered, resized or damaged cannot be accepted. The refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer within 10 business days of receipt of the product. In case of payment via online debit / credit card / net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the transaction.

- The return package should be original packaging and with a copy of the invoice and RMA number.
- If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Though the cost of shipping will be in your scope.
- If there is any mistake in our part such as wrong product or shortage/excess of product, then we will replace the same at our shipping cost.
- In case of damage during shipment, you need to inform us as soon as you open the box. We need pictures of outer box of the shipment and damaged pieces. Our shipping department will contact you if it is eligible for replacement or refund after getting claim from UPS/Fedex or USPS
- If you refuse to accept the merchandise which has been shipped, you will be liable for the shipping and handling charges.
